Diamond Property Renovations

Diamond Propety Renovations were asked to undertake the complete renovation of a traditional Georgian building Whitby’s Well Close Square.

As well as renovating the front of the property, which has since been used for Bed and Breakfast accommodation, Diamond also undertook the re-building of an extension to the rear of the property.

The existing building was in such a state of disrepair as to make renovation nearly impossible so it was decided to partially demolish the building and re-construct it using traditional building techniques.
